Robyn is an interdisciplinary artist working in music, theatre, performance art and education.
Having studied BMus Jazz at the Royal Welsh College of Music & Drama as a pianist and composer, improvisation is at the core of Robyn's creative practice. They performed mostly behind the piano and wrote music for ensembles. During this time playing the accordion led them to perform in and compose for theatre.
It soon became clear that there was more to explore by coming out from behind the piano and studying an MA in Fine Art at Chelsea College of Arts as a performer. During this time Robyn met Margaret and formed the artist duo, 'Robyn and Margaret' who perform at galleries and cabaret venues.
Now Robyn's practice takes place in theatres, galleries, care homes, schools, backs of vans and lots of other weird and wonderful places their voice takes them.
